What are TPU patches?
TPU is a flexible, soft, rubber-like material that’s thinner and more pliable than our PVC. It’s commonly used for sports uniforms, backpack and bag labels, and hat patches. We’re able to match Pantone colors, add textured backgrounds, and create smooth 3D effects with TPU patches. This style is in high demand, so get your quote today!

Yes, TPU patches with a heat seal backing can still be attached to hats and accessories using a heat press.

What types of artwork do you accept?
We use vectored artwork, so acceptable file types are PDFs, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or EPS files.
Can you design artwork for me?
We do not offer conceptual design services. However, if there is an existing piece of art you need tweaked, then we can help!
Can you match my brand’s colors?
We can color match Pantone and PMS colors to enamel and thread colors.
Packaging
How are your products packaged?
All our products come polybagged; pins are bagged individually to prevent them from being scratched or damaged.
