What’s the difference between hard enamel (cloisonné) and soft enamel?

Hard enamel pins are smooth to the surface and appear more jewelry-like. Soft enamel is recessed in valleys so that the metal is raised above the colorfill.

Can I order a pin in a unique shape?

Yes, all our pins (minus our 5-day Quikturn™ pins) are custom-made, so it can be any shape you’d like.

What material are these coins made of?

These coins are made of casted zinc. Our metals are durable and long-lasting.

Artwork

What types of artwork do you accept?

We use vectored artwork, so acceptable file types are PDFs, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or EPS files.

Can you design artwork for me?

We do not offer conceptual design services. However, if there is an existing piece of art you need tweaked, then we can help!

Can you match my brand’s colors?

We can color match Pantone and PMS colors to enamel and thread colors.

Packaging

How are your products packaged?

All our products come polybagged; pins are bagged individually to prevent them from being scratched or damaged.

Do you have presentation packaging?

Yes! We make different velvet and cardboard boxes, plastic capsules, and flexiframe holders so that your coins can be seen. Check out our specialty packaging here.

We ship out of our warehouse in Indianapolis, IN.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are dependent on the number of boxes and weight. We are experts at playing tetris and pack your order so that it minimizes your cost.
