Patch Application
Heat Press Patch Application (Heat Seal Backing Required): $3.75(v)
Sew On Application (Adhesive Backing Required): $5.00(v)
Thread Colors
Up to 5 colors included in cost. Additional colors, add $0.10(V) per color.
Backing Options
Heat seal (iron-on): $0.20(v).
Adhesive (temporary stick): $0.20(v).
Hook and loop: $0.90(v).
Border Options
Woven patches have merrow, stitched, or heat cut (included).
Woven labels only have heat cut edge.
Sizing
Measured by (length + width)/2.
Example: a 2″ x 3″ patch would be priced as a 2 1/2″ patch.
Pre-Production Samples
$35.00(v) plus $75.00(v) tape. Tape cost will be refunded with final order if no design changes are made.
Absolute Minimum
50 pcs, $60.00(v) less than minimum fee.

Do patches come with a backing?
Heat seal, adhesive, and hook-and-loop backings can all be added onto your patch for a small charge (see product information).
Can you apply patches for me?
We can have your patches sewn or heat pressed onto hats and other accessories. Contact us for more details and pricing.
Can I order a patch in a unique shape?
Yes, all our patches are custom-made, so it can be any shape you’d like.
Artwork
What types of artwork do you accept?
We use vectored artwork, so acceptable file types are PDFs, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or EPS files.
Can you design artwork for me?
We do not offer conceptual design services. However, if there is an existing piece of art you need tweaked, then we can help!
Can you match my brand’s colors?
We can color match Pantone and PMS colors to enamel and thread colors.
Packaging
How are your products packaged?
All our products come polybagged; pins are bagged individually to prevent them from being scratched or damaged.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We ship out of our warehouse in Indianapolis, IN.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are dependent on the number of boxes and weight. We are experts at playing tetris and pack your order so that it minimizes your cost.
