What are screen printed patches?

Just like a printed tee, we make screen printed patches! These patches are perfect for designs that lose clarity when embroidered and are only a few colors. Our screen print patches include a one-color screen setup and merrow border. If your design is a full image or has small visual details, you’ll want to check out sublimated patches.

Sizing

Measured by (length + width)/2.

Do patches come with a backing?

Heat seal, adhesive, and hook-and-loop backings can all be added onto your patch for a small charge (see product information).

Can you apply patches for me?

We can have your patches sewn or heat pressed onto hats at our application facility. Contact us for more deatils and pricing.

Can I order a patch in a unique shape?

Yes, all our patches are custom-made, so it can be any shape you’d like.

Artwork

What types of artwork do you accept?

We use vectored artwork, so acceptable file types are PDFs, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or EPS files.

Can you design artwork for me?

We do not offer conceptual design services. However, if there is an existing piece of art you need tweaked, then we can help!

Can you match my brand’s colors?

We can color match Pantone and PMS colors to enamel and thread colors.

Packaging

How are your products packaged?

All our products come polybagged; pins are bagged individually to prevent them from being scratched or damaged.

Where do you ship from?

We ship out of our warehouse in Indianapolis, IN.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are dependent on the number of boxes and weight. We are experts at playing tetris and pack your order so that it minimizes your cost.
