Product

What’s the difference between the look of hard enamel (cloisonné) and soft enamel?

Both hard and soft enamel pins are die-struck metal with colorfill. The only difference is that hard enamel pins are filled to the top of the metal line so that the surface of the pin is smooth. Soft enamel pins are underfilled so that the metal is raised and is not smooth to the touch.

Can I order a pin in a unique shape?

Yes, all our pins (minus our 5-day Quikturn™ pins) are custom-made, so it can be any shape you’d like.

Artwork

What types of artwork do you accept?

We use vectored artwork, so acceptable file types are PDFs, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or EPS files.

Can you design artwork for me?

We do not offer conceptual design services. However, if there is an existing piece of art you need tweaked, then we can help!

Can you match my brand’s colors?

We can color match Pantone and PMS colors to enamel and thread colors.

Packaging

How are your products packaged?

All our products come polybagged; pins are bagged individually to prevent them from being scratched or damaged.

Do you have backer cards?

Yes! We can print custom backer cards and have your pins assembled to them prior to shipping. All backer cards are custom made. View them here.

Where do you ship from?

We ship out of our warehouse in Indianapolis, IN.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are dependent on the number of boxes and weight. We are experts at playing tetris and pack your order so that it minimizes your cost.
