What is cork leather?
Cork leather is a unique twist on genuine leather or embroidered patches. A thin, flexible layer of cork is adhered to a mesh material for sturdiness and durability. We offer four different grain sizes of genuine cork for you to choose from. You can imprint your design in a natural deboss or add colorfill for boldness. These patches give an organic and natural look to hats and other accessories and are predicted to drastically grow in popularity!

Real stitching is added to the outer border of the patch. After applying the patch with heat seal, the real stitching gives the patch the appearance the patch has been stitched on.

Do patches come with a backing?
Heat seal, adhesive, and hook-and-loop backings can all be added onto your patch for a small charge (see product information).
Can you apply patches for me?
We can have your patches sewn or heat pressed onto hats and beanies. Contact us for more details and pricing.
Artwork
What types of artwork do you accept?
We use vectored artwork, so acceptable file types are PDFs, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or EPS files.
Can you design artwork for me?
We do not offer conceptual design services. However, if there is an existing piece of art you need tweaked, then we can help!
Packaging
How are your products packaged?
All our products come polybagged; pins are bagged individually to prevent them from being scratched or damaged.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We ship out of our warehouse in Indianapolis, IN.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are dependent on the number of boxes and weight. We are experts at playing tetris and pack your order so that it minimizes your cost.
