Heat Press Patch Application (Heat Seal Backing Required): $3.75(v)

Backing Options
Heat seal (iron-on) backing, add $0.20(V).
Adhesive (temporary stick), add $0.20(V).
Hook and loop (velcro), add $0.90(V).
Safety pin, add $0.50(V).
Button loop, add $0.25(V).
Magnet bar, add $1.50(V).
Border Options
ESUV patches have stitched border only.
Sizing
Measured by (length + width)/2.

Product
What’s the difference between sublimated and enhanced sublimated?
Sublimated patches are printed on either a polyester or twill material. Enhanced sublimated is a printed image over embroidery, so that there are raised areas that appear 3D and texture to enhance the design.
Do patches come with a backing?
Heat seal, adhesive, and hook-and-loop backings can all be added onto your patch for a small charge (see product information).
Can you apply patches for me?
We can have your patches sewn or heat pressed onto hats and other accessories. Contact us for more details and pricing.
Can I order a patch in a unique shape?
Yes, all our patches are custom-made, so it can be any shape you’d like.
Artwork
What types of artwork do you accept?
We use vectored artwork, so acceptable file types are PDFs, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or EPS files.
Can you design artwork for me?
We do not offer conceptual design services. However, if there is an existing piece of art you need tweaked, then we can help!
Can you match my brand’s colors?
We can color match Pantone and PMS colors to enamel and thread colors.
Packaging
How are your products packaged?
All our products come polybagged; pins are bagged individually to prevent them from being scratched or damaged.

We ship out of our warehouse in Indianapolis, IN.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are dependent on the number of boxes and weight. We are experts at playing tetris and pack your order so that it minimizes your cost.
